Thank you for shopping with Imperial Boxing Club. We want you to be confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original tags and labels must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

Gift cards and digital products.

Items with obvious signs of wear, damage, odors, or stains (including deodorant or makeup).
How to Start a Return
To start a return:

Contact us at patrick@imperialboxingclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include the reason(s) for the return in your email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or a return label if applicable.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you that we’ve received your item and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the product was defective.
Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Cancellations
- You are able to file a cancelation up until your order is fulfilled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund (including shipping) where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account or card statement again, then contact your bank or card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
