Thank you for shopping with Imperial Boxing Club. We want you to be confident in every purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

 30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • After 30 days, we can’t offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original tags and labels must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Items with obvious signs of wear, damage, odors, or stains (including deodorant or makeup).

How to Start a Return

To start a return:

  • Contact us at patrick@imperialboxingclub.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please include the reason(s) for the return in your email.

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package or a return label if applicable.

  • Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you that we’ve received your item and let you know if the refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the product was defective.

Exchanges

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Cancellations

  • You are able to file a cancelation up until your order is fulfilled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund (including shipping) where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account or card statement again, then contact your bank or card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
