Thank you for shopping with Imperial Boxing Club. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.
Order processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–31–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as drops, new releases, or sales), processing times may be extended by 1–21–2additional business days.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to:

Domestic: United States.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a special shipment.
3. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times
Domestic (United States):

Standard shipping: e.g.,3–7businessdays3–7 business days

Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; any eligibility requirements (minimum spend, region, etc.) will be clearly displayed on the site or at checkout.

US standard shipping: $4-7

US free shipping on orders over $150
5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your order has shipped.
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at patrick@imperialboxingclub.com
6. Delivery issues (lost, stolen, or delayed packages)

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving issues with the carrier.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

Check the tracking information and contact the carrier first.

If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us with your order number and tracking details, and we’ll see what we can do to help.
7. Incorrect addresses and undeliverable shipments

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at patrick@imperialboxingclub.com. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
8. Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
For international orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country’s customs agency.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
9. Partial shipments

In some cases, we may ship items separately (for example, if part of your order is delayed or coming from a different location).

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each package where applicable.
10. Changes and cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at patrick@imperialboxingclub.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.
11. Pre-order and drop-specific shipping
For limited drops or pre-order items:

Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together, or shipped separately, depending on our logistics setup. We will explain this on the product page or at checkout.
